The Volt
Offers high-performance protection at an affordable price. Although the Volt is our entry-level model, it still outpumps other high-end systems on the market. The solid-state control and sensor switches will provide reliable protection even in extreme conditions.
SMART CONTROL
The Volt controller provides simple and reliable protection for your basement. It works in conjunction with the sensors to operate the pump in the event of an emergency. The controller will notify you if the battery is weak or failing or when the pump operates in an emergency.. The Volt will sound an alert and can send a text or email message anytime or anywhere with the optional WiFi Module.

- real time issue alerts
- Long lasting Solid-State Design
Most reliable switch
SumpTek’s solid-state sensors are responsible for turning the pump on and off in an emergency. They have no moving parts or pieces to get hung up or fail, unlike a traditional mechanical float switch found on other systems. These sensor switches last 10x longer and are proven for reliable and redundant operation year after year.
Maximum pumping power
Backup systems should always pump more than your primary sump pump. They typically operate when the pump can’t keep up, is dead, or there is a power failure, almost always during severe rainstorms. The PowerGuard’s high-output DC pump has more pumping power than a 1/3HP sump pump and is designed for continuous operation in extreme weather.
LONGER RUNTIME
The Volt’s DC pump draws less power from the battery to achieve the longest run time possible, over 300% longer than inverter-based systems..
By design, the pump uses the water being pumped out of the basin to cool its motor for a long service life and runtime.
